Use AAS GitHub Discussions for ordinary support. Include the failing tool name, a non-sensitive reproduction and the error message. Do not post credentials, private project files, session IDs or sensitive personal data.

Use GitHub private security reporting for sensitive vulnerabilities. Do not post exploit details or private data in public discussions.

If the service is temporarily unavailable

The preview uses free infrastructure with bounded sessions and usage quotas. A 429 response indicates a usage limit; wait before trying again. A missing or expired session requires a new MCP initialization. An exhausted daily allowance can keep the remote service unavailable until reset, independently of the AAS website.
